HNI is seeking part-time (12 to 20 hours per week - Monday - Friday) Member Services Associates for its Concierge program serving IU, Riley and Methodist Hospitals. ProCare is an exciting program that is offered to employees and guests at the hospitals. We are looking for individuals with well-developed communication and organizational skills who are able to work independently. Gain excellent experience in customer service while conveniently working on or near the IUPUI campus! This position offers great flexibility in terms of days and hours worked.

Responsibilities:
• Concierge Service Center activities:
• Provide assistance to ProCare members who call or visit our Service Centers
• Participate in activities promoting ProCare
• Maintain the ProCare Network member and call history databases
• Follow-up with members as part of the Quality Management Program
• Work on special projects
• Research and develop new ways to enhance ProCare Network services
• Assist the marketing and graphical design teams with promotion and marketing materials

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Work experience (retail sales and/or call center experience is a plus)
• Technical proficiency in using a Web browser, spreadsheet and word processing software
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Some college education is a plus
