Get great experience working with organizations such as Methodist, IU and Riley Hospitals, Butler University and the Indianapolis Zoo. ProCare Network is seeking an intern for a paid customer relations position (15 to 25 hours per week) to become part of our Coordinator Team.
ProCare is an exciting Personal Assistance Program that offers special services from a network of over forty firms. We are looking for individuals with well-developed communication and organizational skills who are able to work independently and have some sales experience. This position offers flexibility in terms of days and hours worked.
The primary responsibility of the Account Coordinator is to develop and maintain professional relationships with ProCare’s clients through strategically implemented promotional activities. The Account Coordinator will work closely with both the Senior Account Coordinator and Promotion Coordinator. This position requires a variety of skills and/or experience including customer service, sales, and public speaking.
A secondary responsibility of the Coordinator would be to liaise with the Concierge Team. Our concierge team works from three Service Centers located at IU, Riley, and Methodist Hospitals. They provide assistance to ProCare members who call or visit our Service Centers which are open between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively, particularly in public speaking

Work experience (promotional and/or marketing internships are a plus)

Technical proficiency in using a Web browser, spreadsheet, and word processing software

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work both independently and in a team setting

Marketing / Brand Management
Get great experience working with leading organizations such as Methodist, IU and Riley Hospitals. ProCare Network is seeking an intern for a paid position as a promotion and marketing coordinator (15 to 25 hours per week) to become part of our Coordinator Team.
ProCare is an exciting Personal Assistance Program that is offered as a benefit program to employees of Clarian Health Partners and other clients. We are looking for individuals with well-developed communication and organizational skills who are able to work independently and have some marketing or sales experience. This position offers flexibility in terms of days and hours worked.
The primary responsibility of the Promotion Coordinator is to help develop a promotion plan for ProCare Network. This plan would focus on enhancing ProCare’s services through strategically implemented promotional activities. Examples of this are: writing various types of promotion texts for applications such as The Clarian newsletter, working with the Hospital Account Coordinators to arrange ProCare orientations, and assisting with the scheduling and promotion of ProCare Days.

Member Services Associates for Concierge Program
HNI is seeking part-time (8 to 20 hours per week) Member Services Associates for its Concierge program serving IU, Riley and Methodist Hospitals.
ProCare is an exciting program that is offered to employees and guests at the hospitals.
We are looking for individuals with well-developed communication and organizational skills who are able to work independently.
